Microsoft Teams rooms SFB signin Unhealthy

Hello, 

Just would like to see if anyone having similar issue where SFB is not signing in. everything else says healthy except Signin status: Unhealthy

I have on-prem SFB backend Lyc 2013, something is stopping the room to log in. I have SFB client installed on the MTR console and able to sign in to the client with no issue just MTR does not like it for whatever reason. 

any advice please?

Do you have the certified installed for the computer rather than user? Check the logs to see why it’s not signing in. Where is auto discovery set to for SfB? Is DNS set correctly?
