Microsoft Teams Room Console and Logitech BRIO

Iron Contributor

I have an HP Elite Slice for Meeting Rooms G2 and bought a Logitech BRIO Ultra 4K and wanted to use this as Room Camera (not Content Camera).

So, regarding the MS page

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/microsoft-teams/across-devices/devices/product?devicei...

and also the Logitech page, there is no information about that Logitech BRIO is ONLY and just a content camera.

So did I anything wrong, or is the hardware not usable as room camera?

Part number is 960-001106 but this camera is not working as camera for video conferencing only as content camera.

regarding this https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/rooms/content-camera#camera-settings

It should work with a Logitech Brio 4K, but the camera settings are missing in my console.

resolved, worked after resetting MTR. strange.

@salihzettTo use the Brio as the video camera and not as the content camera, de-select the Logitech Brio from the Content Camera settings (leave that setting as "None").

That will  force the Slice to use the Brio as your main video camera.

If you want to add another Brio as a content camera, then select one of them in the settings as a Content Camera.  Also, you can use that Brio as a secondary camera by turning OFF the enhanced video setting when you go into Present mode.  With enhanced video ON, it will try to find your whiteboard edges, etc.  With it OFF, it will simply act as another video camera.

cheers.
