Microsoft Teams - problems

Hi,

My childs school have set up Microsoft Teams for school work and I am having trouble accessing.  I can log on, I can get onto welcome page and when I select teams I can get on but as soon as it has loaded it is greyed out and I can't select anything.  I don't have any problems accessing on an I-pad, it's just the laptop.

I have downloaded all Microsoft packages, just incase I was missing something but still same problems. 

I use Microsoft teams on my works NHS laptop so I know how to use it.

Do I need to change some settings?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@DawnDunne - are you using one of the latest browsers on the other device (or maybe this issue is coming from the actual client)?  Make sure it's one of the latest supported for best experience since this is working elsewhere - it does seem to be device oriented and not account:

If you can you may want to try uninstalling and reinstalling Teams as well to ensure everything is good with that install.
