microsoft teams presenter mode missing

Copper Contributor

Hi Team,

I am looking to use presenter mode on my laptop and it isn't giving me the option to do so.  What am I missing here to make it happen?

I am using a HP Laptop.

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1035G1 CPU @ 1.00GHz 1.19 GHz
Installed RAM 8.00 GB (7.69 GB usable)

System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Pen and touch Pen and touch support with 10 touch points

It would be great to utilise Teams instead of Zoom thanks

Simon

Is this free Teams or licensed Teams?
@Therese_Solimeno thank you for the reply, it is a licensed product for sure.
I am using Microsoft 365 Family, is there something I need to do to turn on Presenter mode?

@Simon_Hornstra I may be on the wrong track but  the family version of M365 Teams may have limited presenter capabilities over the business version of Teams.  Why You Shouldn’t Use Microsoft 365 Family for Your Business | CSolutions (csolutionsit.com)

Can anyone else in the community confirm this regarding Presenter mode?

@Therese_Solimeno Thank you that would make sense, I wish Microsoft would actually make it easy to see the differences so we can make informed decisions.
