Microsoft Teams Power Automate Flow Admin detection

Copper Contributor

Hi guys

I wanted to know if there was any way for me as a Teams admin to detect if one of my user's is using a power automate flow to reply to messages.

The replies the user is giving is within 2 seconds which seems too fast and I want to know if he is using a flow to reply as opposed to replying themselves manually. Many thanks.

Power Platform administrators can use analytics in the admin center to check for this - https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/analytics/flow?l=en-US

Hi Bryan

Thanks so much for taking the time to reply.

Would this still show up in the analytics if it was a shared cloud flow? I.e. not executed directly by the user's power automate but via third person who is not within organisation and they have made a connection with to give permission?

Shared Cloud Flows still have a "creator" and appear in the analytics using that - unless the Flow is actually created/running in another tenant.
