Hello, as far as I know you've got Teams in that subscription. So sign in with whatever account you use for Outlook / M365 and Teams.
You can walk through this article too, the "other considerations" and "troubleshooting" sections. As you might have to restart in a particular order or that the add-in isn't enabled in the Outlook client.
