Microsoft Teams Onboarding leads to a time out.

TL;DR: I am not able to add new members to teams and get an error message.

Our company has decided to use the free license of Teams that is valid through January 2021.

We could add more than 350 employees to our organization on the SAAS server without any problems. Since one week the registration process is not working anymore. The following message is displayed: "We're sorry-We've run into an issue. If That doesn't work, try signing out and back in again."

The problem is not temporary and has been occurring for days. It does not appear to be due to errors made by employees during the logon process, as the problem also occurs with new, unused mail addresses.

Since we are using the free SAAS version of Teams, I am not able to analyze the problem on the server side. Via Twitter (@MSFT365Status) I was assured that there are currently no known problems with teams.

Unfortunately I cannot solve this problem on my own. I have already searched for a solution in the forum, but could not find a suitable thread.
