We've been able to hook up our Octopus deployments with Teams through this process. It works, but we'd like to make it a little better... we'd like to post a message when deployment starts and then post to the same thread to indicate if the deployment succeeded or failed. I could easily post a new message, but I'd rather post to the thread, so we have a better trail of what happened. Is this possible with the current process that's in place?
I'd like to bring this question back to the top, since it's been quite a few months since it was posted. I know a lot of integrations have been created, and gotten better. I am hoping that the Octopus -> Teams integration has also. Have you found any better option since you've posted this?
Otherwise, I was just going to create two different step templates and use one for only on success and the other for only on fail. But, that is a lot of extra administrative work.
