Microsoft Teams not loading up

hello Everyone!

I recently bought a new Laptop HP EliteBook 830 G7 it has windows 11 installed.

Ms Teams not loading up donno what is the issue there as there is no any error message or error code just it openes wight screen and doing nothing. I did some reserch but no luck.

if anyone had any expiriance like this and got resolved, please share troubleshooting steps. Thanks in advance.

I’d try to log out from Teams fully and login again!
If that doesn’t work, try cleaning the cache:

If that doesn’t work I’d uninstall Teams! Clear out the cache folders according to above link then re install
