Good article. Did you set up the Azure resources prior to initiating the cloud shell session? Or are they automated by the cloud shell session? I will be testing this in the next week but it would be awesome to get an idea beforehand.

You need first to setup Azure Resoruces, it's a prerequisite for Azure Cloud Shell

That's correct you have to have your Azure resources setup first or else you will get following prompt.
