Hi Teams community,
I have this issue regarding Microsoft Teams on mobile devices - but only IOS. (Works fine on PC)
When the users enter their credentials they recieve the following error message:
In english: "Logon error - Please connect to the internet, and try again".
It works perfectly fine on Android devices, but for some reason not a single user on IOS can make it work.
I have tried on WiFi, Celluar off, Cellear on, WiFi on, internetsharing on, reinstalling app, clearing cache, rebooting.
Could this be a setting in the portal or some kind of DNS record it looks up while authenticating?
Any help is appreciated, thanks.
