Microsoft Teams Difficulty

Copper Contributor

Hi there,

We're having to use Teams for a virtual play writing workshop where we have three different schools taking part. Because we're not under the same email/organisation we're having to invite them into the team as a guest.

We're having great trouble during the sessions trying to navigate the workshop. We still haven't got breakout rooms available meaning we have to work as a large group all the time, we have students taking control of the meeting and many of the students (and workshop leaders) are unable to view gallery view.

Any help in how to instruct all members to have the same view, when we might be able to access breakout rooms and how to maintain control of a meeting would be very appreciative!!!
