1. Is it possible to create a sharepoing site to existing Team which has same functionalities as one created in sharepoint?

2. Can a person managing the site be a different person than Teams manager

3. Can the access be granted simultaneusly for both site and team?

Thanks in advance

Hi,
My two cents here:
1. You can create a SharePoint Site as a standalone site and integrate it in an existing Teams by means of the SharePoint Tab.
2. Per the approach described in 1., yes
3. You will need to build this granting process
