Microsoft teams crashes when launching a meeting

We have a few conference room computers that use Microsoft teams for meetings. When we try to launch the meeting, the screen goes white, it crashes, and the message says there was a glitch. Teams reopens and continues to crash the same way. Anyone else have this message? Thanks!

I would check it peripherals and their drivers, Graphic card drivers / reinstall teams...Try this out otherwise:
Get the logs from teams and post them here! Make sure you know a time this happens so it’s easiter to sort out :)

Thank you for the quick reply! I reinstalled Teams in both rooms, no luck. Graphics card is up to date and works fine with graphically heavy programs. Next time it happens (hopefully it doesn’t), i will get the logs. Thank you! :)

Reinstall doesn’t usually clear cache. Make sure to try log out and in this clears some of the cache and often fixed issues. Still could be a driver issue. Teams is finicky about having new drivers.

Were you able to find a resolution to your problem? I’m having the same issue and can’t seem to be able to get it fixed.

I had the same issue on windows 7/windows 10.

It was solved after updating the 'display adaptor' drivers to the latest.

Steps to update drivers -

Navigate to 'Settings' > 'Device Manager' > Display adaptor > right click 'update driver' > 'Search automatically ..'

It was able to find the latest drivers, then after installation and reboot, the issue was solved.

i have the same issue. only way for me to fix this is by restarting the whole computer. Then it will be okay for a few days and then it happens again.  Were you able to fix this issue?
