Whenever I join a call in Teams my laptop shuts down immediately. This issue doesn't occur in Windows 10 but this only occurs in Windows 8.1 N. My laptop is 9 years old but I did a few upgrades to it like adding RAM. Im rocking with a GTX 660 M as a GPU and an Intel Core i5 probably 4th or 5th gen? Im not sure if this is a cpu overload that makes it force shut down but I do hope you guys can help me in this one.
