Microsoft Teams cannot see all OneDrive files

Copper Contributor

I have 100+ folders in my OneDrive, but when I use Teams on my iPad and try to access these folders by looking at Files, then selecting OneDrive, I can only see 30 folders.

If I try using Teams on my windows desktop, I can see all the folders correctly.

Is this a bug in Teams for IOS?

Thanks

Simon

Hi @SimonMarkEdwards

Sounds like a bug. A few questions

- Is it purely limited to those 30 (I.e. first 30?)? In other words, you can't scroll out of them. Can you view them 30 at a time?
- Can you see all of them on the web and desktop clients?
- Is this consistent across all users on their iPad? Or just yourself?

Just did a test And I have the same limitation (30 folders) it seems this includes files too aka 30 objects!

Might be a limitation that’s been there that I was t aware of or it’s a bug! I’ll raise it with the product group

I have raised it here

Linking back to this thread. There is no limitation on web or desktop clients so you would think this would be consistent across devices

@Christopher Hoard Thanks Chris - I’m glad it wasn’t me doing something stupid!
