Is there someone else who also has many issues with Teams Calling on Android devices ?
We are using 100 x Zebra TC26 devices across multiple sites.
We started with a sound problem inside the Zebra TC26 devices.
Zebra confirmed the issue and solved it in one off the latest updates, but we speaking here about months that we had have this issue...
We tought we where started after the good update, but not fast after this issue we facing new ones.
Calls that needs to be tranfered are in waiting line, the other phone could not be reached for some reason. No WiFi issue, because the phone stays on the same place and after a few times trying it works...
7/10 times transfers are failing..
Very frustrating for our customer support desk, who want to reach a colleague that could help the customers further.
A second problem is that when someone want's to make a teams call, that there is a popup in teams when that says: you allready another call... so he start 2x the same call even if we press only once on the phone icon...
Our people lose faith in this product and we cannot blame them..
One problem is not solved yet or another is already following.
We want to give the product itself another chance and raised support tickets, but has the feeling that we don't be taken seriously.
