Hi,
A couple months back our organization bought a bunch of audio conferencing licenses for our team and it has been working fine up until recently. The audio conference numbers just started disappearing from meeting invites and I've tried resetting the conference id and the pin and even unassigning and reassigning myself a license, but nothing has worked so far. Strangely enough, as far as I know at least this issue only affects myself and my boss who are admins and we have not made any changes to our teams policies or our own user accounts besides the attempted fixes I exclaimed earlier. Any thoughts on how to fix this?

i had this issue and it turned out that microsoft had to do a resync on their end. it resolved the problem.
