Microsoft Teams - Ask Admin to enable Teams

I can't use Team on my Mac and it gives me the above error message.  Pls advise how to fix it.  Thank you!!

@ThereseSolimeno  We have a team member with this issue, and everyone else is ok.  Can you help?
