Microsoft Teams App Keeps Unticking itself

Hi everyone, I need your support on this issue: In the Microsoft Admin Centre on users license section the Microsoft Teams app keeps unticking itself. We have tried ticking and the saving which it does save and then go back in to check and has unticked itself so not sure if there are issues with your portal? Please, note this is happening for multiple users. I need what can be done for MS teams to stop unticking itself.

Hello, by any chance you have the Teams exploratory in there? Remove that if you do.
