Microsoft Teams app desktop (windows 7)

Hi. I have tried many times to login in the app of Microsoft Teams for desktop, but I have never done it, because it keeps telling me there is a problem and the error code is: caa70004. While I got this problem on my laptop, I can perfectly login by my smartphone. Can you help me, please? I need it to watch my classes.

@Valeriainserillo Hello, as far as I know the caa70004 usually means you have to completely uninstall and reinstall the Teams desktop app (meaning a cache wipe a.k.a. 'Teams reset' won't solve it).
