Microsoft Teams admin center issue

Good morning - 

In Admin Center for our Teams Rooms, we go to Teams Devices -> Teams Rooms on Windows we have total 30 Devices. ( Logitech ) out of 30 we have faced 3 devices always showing offline status on the portal but devices working fine and we can use all features.

We have also raised support but still no solution.

FYI our other rooms are showing Healthy as expected.

Hi Dhaval,

Can you logout from the devices using the MTR Licenses and Login and check?
What happens if we shut down/restart the device?

My issue was resolved after changing the network LAN cable.
