Microsoft Presenter+ not working in New Teams

I've had the Microsoft Presenter+ accessory successfully working in the Classic Teams, and I'm sure this issue was resolved at one point in New Teams, but now seems to be broken again. Any help would be appreciated.

I've tried removing the Bluetooth device and re-connecting. The pointer works but not the mute button which is the most important thing. Anyone else having the same issue? and how did you solve it?

These are the details of the device in Microsoft Accessory Centre;

Model: Presenter+
Hardware version: 1.b.7
Firmware version: 1.25

I am having the same issue as well. My hardware version is 1.a.b

Same issue for me. Works on Teams Classic but not the new Teams.

Harware:  0.f.7

Firmware: 1.25

You have Microsoft Teams version 24074.2321.2810.3500.

You've got the latest version. It was last updated on 4/16/2024.

The client version is 49/24031414716.

With the latest update to the Accessory Center
