Microsoft Decides to Drop the Linux App for Teams to Replace it as a Progressive Web App Instead

Steel Contributor

Hello

Please i saw an online source that Microsoft is planning to drop the Linux App for Teams to Replace it as a Progressive Web App Instead.

Is anybody aware of this on how we can access the Progress Web App or when will it be implemented.

@IBN PWA really means web app, so just go to teams.microsoft.com in a browser. To make it feel more like an app you can install it with it's own icons etc. according to how your web browser implements PWA, for example this is how to do it in Chrome Use progressive web apps - Computer - Google Chrome Help
