Microsoft creating files in users Teams

Hello Teams Community, 

Please i need your help.

some files are showing up in one of our user in the recent tabs in teams.

He has not accessed these files directly and in the Audit Logs it's showing up as a Microsoft IP Address. See screenshots below.

Check if the user has an sync setup with the site. You could check any OneDrive sync issue's within the new complaince center. It looks like a file wich maybe is locked.
