Not sure if this is the correct forum for this question but thought I would ask.
Why are external users being added to our business' Microsoft 365 admin center when external people are invited to join a Team that has been created and is there a way to keep this from happening? This is adding even more chaos to the way our company's billing and Plans are being managed for our small business who hires an outside IT firm. They are labeled as unlicensed which is OK but this list will grow incredibly fast.
