I have run a across an issue where a user's microphone is muting as soon as he dials out to an exterior number on teams and it will continue randomly muting itself throughout the call. This issue follows his account as we have tried to log him in on another device and it still occurred. It only happens on the Windows App, both the web app and phone app do not have this issue. Any ideas?
I have a similiar issue with a Poly V5200 Series bluetooth headset when I don't use the dongle. It only mutes when connecting, but stays on after the initial unmute. It is so frustrating. Any progress on resolution?
