As a facilitator I need to rely on MS Teams a lot to do workshops with clients so it came naturally to invest in webcams and microphones to up the quality.
However there is a strange behaviour happening and I can't find a solution anywhere.
When I start Teams with me external usb mic as input for audio everything is fine. But after some time when I switch my webcam during a meeting the input gain for my mic is starting to jump back and forth between 0 and 10%. This does not happen in Teams directly but in systems preferences/audio on Mac.
Does anyone else experience this issue?
It basically renders using my external mics useless while doing workshops because as soon as that behaviour is happening the only solution to get rid of it is closing MS Teams entirely and restarting the session. Because of this and that it is only happening when using MS Teams I assume it is related to Teams on Mac.
Any ideas to fix this?
