Hi all, former sysadmin here supporting a school emergency distance learning transition.
For recently added students (free EDU plan), @mentions neither generate banner nor feed notifications. For initial users (tenant established 3 months ago) things just work fine. No custom messaging policies applied so far.
I’ve seen various posts out there indicating this to be an intermittent issue that has been spotted every now and then - with no actual fixes ever provided.
Anyone else seeing something similar?
