Meeting Room incorrectly displaying in Teams Admin Center

Monitoring the Teams Rooms in the Microsoft Teams Admin Center, one of the rooms displays offline. More so on the health tab the network and Sign in (Microsoft Teams) displays Disconnected. The Room is however in full functionality and this makes it impossible to monitor the correct state of the room.

Please assist.

Is the service started on the MTR device, ok? Are you able to reboot it etc, ensure it is communicating properly? I would open a case with your OEM to troubleshoot.
