@Jin Chen Hello Ryan, we had the -AllowEngagementReport enabled automatically in the policy, even though they said it would be 'disabled' by default. From your description it sounds as if you had it enabled by default as well and then withdrawn.
"The default for the feature will be DISABLED."
I suppose they are not completely satisfied with the feature just yet, and per the roadmap it is still in development

I have downloaded the particiation list of several teams meetings teaching several courses at Lancaster University.
However, they are now all gone. Why is this happening and what can i do to stop it?

@Yves_Felker Hello, the attendance reports are saved to your Downloads folder with the name "meetingAttendanceList.csv". If you already have one there the next one will look like this meetingAttendanceList (1).csv
If they are not there I cannot help you I'm afraid.
