Mechanism to notify users of new add-in?

We've just deployed a very useful new add-in to users, other than an external newsletter or word of mouth - how are users meant to know about it?

The problem is the add in appears under the [...] menu or they need to @ the add-in, which they don't necessarily know is available.


Are there any built in mechanisms to tell users are new add-ins?

If you mean you’ve built a custom app, you can use app setup policies in the Teams admin center to pin it in the left hand rail for users

Thanks, when you say left hand rail do you mean the icons on the left that say Activity, Chat, etc? The app only has buttons in the compose/command bar - is there a way to pin or notify about these instead?
