Mark assignments as missing

Hi all,

We currently have a number of students handing in blank assignments, and so we return them and ask for completion.

But then when we run reports it only shows students who have handed work in, regardless of whether it is blank or not.

Is there a way to mark an assignment as missing, as opposed to just returning it.
