Is there any possible way to give grades to students within Ms Teams for education without giving them any previous assignment. In many schools, students may earn a grade not only for written assignment, but also for various different achievements. And such an option where grades are not calculated after an assignment is handed in but manually written by the teacher would be very helpful.
It would be even better if the grades of a particular student could be visible only to her or him.
Sharing a file with students containing all grades is not the best solution, because everyone can see other students' grades. Creating and sharing a readonly file for each student containing only her or his grades is very inconvenient.
