Mac Development Menu?

Does anyone else on a Mac ever see this "Development" menu in Teams? This has appeared / disappeared several times over the course of the last several months. I'm guessing I shouldn't be seeing it.

Weird, no have never seen that on macOS

I'm still seeing the Development menu, I have version 1.00.333671 on a 2020 iMac 27" running Catalina.
