lots of missed calls in teams

Hello Teams Community,

Please I need your help on this.

A user is seeing lots of missed calls in Teams. We have a TeamsLink System integrated and only 1 user is having this issue.

Please see screenshots of examples on 2 different occasions. Which seems to have an issue with receiving multiple missed calls from the same sender.

The person would only have called once.
