Hello. Looking to get started with Teams bot that will let our users chat in IT Help Desk requests. The bot should be able to connect to a 3rd party data source to be able to get ticket status and that's about it. Not looking for a full AI to help them solve problems. Just chat with bot to create a ticket and get ticket status. Where should we start for that? Thanks!
