Hi,
My PC regularly crashes whislt using my Logitech webcam in a Teams Call (PC displays bluescreen)
I've had the webcam replaced and the problem continues.
I'm using a Dell XPS 13 9310 running Windows 11
I tried turning off wifi and that seemed to works for 6-8 weeks, but the issue has retuned (even with wifi turned off)
Any help would be appreciated

@Therese_Solimeno Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately I'd tried the majority of these suggestions without success.
There were a couple that I hadn't tried before, however since doing so, my pc is still crashing!

@Phil_H1600 we have this exact issue, same model of webcam, DELL Latitude 7320/7390...but Win10
Have you sorted it on your end?

@az-cesphn Unfortunately not. Operating system has been reinstalled numerous times (both W10 & W11), and pc very unstable.
Motherboard replaced twice, however pc crashing outside of Teams now.
Trying to get replacement laptop or refund, but this is very slow and warranty deadline looming very quickly.
