Hello,

 

I can log in to MS Teams with my private account on my iPhone and iPad but as soon as I try to log in on the Desktop app on my MacBook Pro I get the message: "Someone has already set up teams for your organisation". This happens with the desktop app and when I try it in my web browser (Chrome).Screenshot 2020-09-28 at 10.23.52.png

@BobBasket when you say 'private account' I guess you mean the version of Teams for a Microsoft Account? This can not (yet) be accessed from a desktop client, only mobile.

 

It's coming at some point, no idea when.

@Steven Collier thanks for your answer, any idea why this is? If you can use it mobile it makes (common) sense to also being able to access it on your desktop :smile:
