Live stream issue

Some teachers are having issues when trying to present powerpoints on Microsoft teams live events, getting the error message " Live event error: Failed to execute send live command. "

I have restarted the laptops, logged in and out of teams and reinstalled teams but the problem persists. Any advice?

Hi @Billy117   This issue has come up in other posts in the community and no permanent solution has been found ( one user solved the problem by restarting Teams and logging in again to start the event.)  The common suggestion is to open a ticket with your MS support team or try answers.microsoft.com for personalized tech support.
