I using a RXV81 (AudioCodes Collaboration Bar) with fw release 2.0.300, TeamsApp 1449/1.0.96.203041207/0412.

Hi @FarhadN .
The message you received indicates that the live event experience is not currently available on your device, and you are advised to use the desktop app instead. Live event capabilities can sometimes have specific requirements or limitations depending on the device or firmware version. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Check for firmware updates: Verify if there are any firmware updates available for your RXV81 (AudioCodes Collaboration Bar). Sometimes, firmware updates include bug fixes and feature enhancements that can enable compatibility with the latest features in Teams. Visit the AudioCodes support website or contact their support team to check for any available updates.
2. Update Teams app: Ensure that you have the latest version of the Teams app installed on your RXV81 device. Updates often include improvements and bug fixes that address compatibility issues. Check for updates within the Teams app or contact the device manufacturer for guidance on updating the Teams app on your device.
3. Verify device compatibility: Confirm if the RXV81 (AudioCodes Collaboration Bar) is officially supported for live event participation. Check the device's documentation, the AudioCodes website, or contact their support team to verify its compatibility with Microsoft Teams live events.
4. Try an alternative method: If the live event experience is not available on your device, you can try an alternative method to join the live event. Consider using a different device that supports the live event experience, such as a desktop computer, laptop, or mobile device, with the Teams desktop app or mobile app installed.

@FarhadN Doesn't look like it's available on MTRoA - I was curious about this as well but I couldn't see it on the M365 Roadmap and could only find a handful or references.
This FAQ from Neat is the closest thing to an 'official' message I could find:
Does Microsoft Teams Room on Android (MTRoA) support joining a Teams Live Event?
Teams Live Events are currently not supported by MTRoA devices, like Neat. However, this feature is on Microsoft’s feature roadmap.
