Live Event Issue

Copper Contributor

We had an issue the other day with a Live Event, which unfortunately resulted in the premature end of the event.  Right after we started the event, the main event producer hit the enter key twice.  This seems to have activated the End Event dialog box, and the producer did not read the dialog, but assumed that he had not hit the start event confirmation., and hit continue and ended the meeting.  I have two questions as a result:

1)  This seems to be some sort of a hot key, or shortcut. Is there a comprehensive list of hot keys and short cuts available anywhere?  I have not been able to find one.

2)  While admittedly the producer erred in not reading the dialog box, the dialog box to confirm the meeting start, and meeting end do look very similar.  Is there any plan to make them a little more visually distinctive, such as putting a green box around the start confirmation, and a red box around the end confirmation, similar to the red box around the live window?

Don’t know if there’s any other source than this one for shortcuts!

I also know that the feature to restart a live events after ending it is coming soon which would help a greatly in situations like this :)

For the confirmations window question I’d say create or upvote this here:
