Live Captions

Hi, I am struggling to understand how Live Captions work in a Microsoft Teams meeting. 

• Does it only work when there is more then 2 of you on the call as I didn't get the option to select live captions when on a call with one other person?
• Should everyone who has Microsoft Teams be able to use live captions?
• Does each person on the call need to turn it on to be able to see the captions?
