Hi,

Is it possible to have team members notified when they are added to a row (person based column) in the Lists App ?

Seems like version 1.0 functionality, yet I can't find it.

Have you evaluated what you can do today with lists rules? If they are not what you are looking for, maybe Power Automate is another valid option
