Linux Client Broken - Again

Copper Contributor

I've been running Teams relatively smoothly on Linux for the past month or so after having issues at the beginning. For various reasons I had been using my work machine with Windows 10 for the past week. This morning I got back on my Linux machine and started up Teams (same way I always do....it's installed directly from the Ubuntu repository) and.....broken, again.

I'm hitting "We're still developing Teams for Linux" screen (again). Complete purge and reinstall did not fix.

Suggestions welcome as this is a real nuisance having alpha software being pushed into the stable repositories.

@jmadero Hello jmadero. This message appears to be related to joining from an unsupported cloud or a really old client (can be something in cache as well).

What build are you in? Insiders build I have is 1.3.00.5153 and works pretty well.

Have you attempted cleaning up the client cache and doing a fresh sign in?

This is the folder where cache resides:

~/.config/Microsoft/Microsoft\ Teams\ -\ Insiders

or

~/.config/Microsoft/Microsoft\ Teams
