Link Excel with Word within Microsoft Teams

Hello,
I would like to know if its possible to link the data from specific cells in excel file with a specific range in a word document, where both are saved in a Microsoft teams. The idea is to generate an automatic report (on this word file), where the data comes from an excel file that is continuously updated from a Microsoft forms database (obs: the form and the excel are already communicating with each other).

This is an example of the word file that has to be automatically filled
