Hello
I would be grateful for MS Teams advice on whether there is an efficient way of using '@' to refer to a strict subset of individuals within an existing group without having to individually activate the references to each person in every new message. I had initially though that it should be possible to copy-paste the list from a previous message, but, using this approach, the names do not retain hyperlinking for message alerts. The alternative of using '@' with the group name is not suitable, as extra people (to whom the message is not relevant) receive the message and I would like to customise who, within the group, is prompted to read the message, depending on the content of the message, while still using the general group area.
I look forward to receiving some constructive tips.
