Large Gallery View grayed out

I'm unable to select Large Gallery View when in a meeting in order to see all participants on my screen. I've turned on "new meeting experience" in settings and I've restarted MS Teams. I've even restarted my entire pc and I'm still unable to select that view. Does a

Hi @jplumley   Hope this doesn't sound like a dumb question but do you have at least 10 people in your meeting when you try to activate the large gallery view?

@ThereseSolimeno Thank you. Yes. We have anywhere from 20-25 people during the meetings I'm speaking on. I'll check out the link. I appreciate it.
