Beim Registrieren über den Webbroswer am PC erhalte ich nach Eingabe meine Microsoft Accounts und des Passwortes nur die Fehlermeldung: "Es ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. Versuchen Sie es bitte noch einmal."

 

Beim Registrieren über die mobile App (iPhone bzw. iPad) komme ich einen kleinen Schritt weiter: Mir wird nach Eingabe meines Microsoft Accounts, des Passworts und meiner Mobilfunknummer ein vierstelliger Code per SMS zur Überprüfung zugeschickt. Tippe ich diesen ein, erhalte ich die Fehlermeldung: "Ungültiger Code. Bitte überprüfen Sie den Code und versuchen Sie es noch mal."

 

Somit kann ich meine Organisation nicht bei Teams registrieren. 

 

Hinzufügen muss ich, dass ich meine Organisation schon einmal bei Teams registriert hatte, diese dann aber über den von Microsoft beschriebenen Weg (Stichwort Azure Active Direcory) gelöscht habe...

Hi @ThereseSolimeno sure ;) I was told on the phone that support for Teams Free is available online only. I was then referred to this forum.

When registering via the web browser on the PC, I only receive the error message after entering my Microsoft accounts and password: "An error has occurred. Please try again."
When registering via the mobile app (iPhone or iPad) I get a small step further: After entering my Microsoft account, the password and my mobile phone number I get a four-digit code via SMS for verification. If I type it in, I get the error message: "Invalid code. Please check the code and try again."
This means I can't register my organization with teams.
I have to add that I had already registered my organisation with teams before, but then deleted them using the method described by Microsoft (keyword: Azure Active Direcory)...

Thank you for your advice, it's very much appreciated. I ended up here because I was told so by a Microsft supporter on the phone. When I asked for technical support for "Teams Free", the person said that support is only available here.
So would you advise me to try the phone support again? I fear a ping-pong of support assignments, to be honest…

Tried the link - ending with an Avatar which has no AI to bringt me further, I'm stuck in a ping-pong as assumed with a phone support as well already.

@Nicole3009 Nein, dazu war keine Antwort zu erhalten -  ich habe Teams Free mittlerweile aufgegeben.

@Nicole3009ich habe lange gebraucht - die Lösung ist (zumindest bei mir) - einfach die führende 0 (NULL) bei der Telefonnummer weglassen beim registrieren... klingt seltsam, vor allem weil auch MIT der Null die SMS mit dem Code ankam...  Aber ohne die NULL funktionierte das dann mit der zweiten Abfrage des Passwortes ohne Probleme
