We are depending on teams for all our meeting activities. According our requirement we have to disable certain accounts time to time. Once account re-enabled we have re-enroll particular user to team again. Is there a setting that we can avoid re-enrollment to the same team after re-enabling the account?

No there isn’t! You can certainly set up some powershell scripts to run to ease the process though
